If you contact us via the form, we store name, company, email address, phone number, subject and message in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry is closed.

Hosting and storage

The website is hosted by Vercel. Vehicle data, photos and enquiries are stored in Vercel Blob. When you visit the site, the host processes technically necessary access data such as IP address, time and requested resource.

Cookies

We set a single technically necessary cookie, and only after a login to the internal dealer area. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact info@sws-berlin-trading.de. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
