Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all sales of commercial vehicles to businesses within the meaning of section 14 BGB. Deviating terms of the buyer do not become part of the contract.

2. Offers and prices

All details in the inventory are non-binding and subject to prior sale. Prices are net ex location plus statutory VAT.

3. Payment and retention of title

Payment is due before handover unless otherwise agreed. The vehicle remains our property until paid in full.

4. Warranty

For used vehicles, liability for material defects towards businesses is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Guaranteed characteristics and defects concealed in bad faith remain unaffected.

5. Place of jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Berlin. German law applies.
